Car Mart Rentals is a Van Nuys, California rental company serving two distinct customers — travelers booking luxury vehicles for the weekend, and accident victims who need an insurance-paid replacement car while their own is being repaired.
Rumi Web Studio built Car Mart Rentals a single connected platform — a polished public website that drives bookings, paired with an internal system that keeps the fleet, the customers, and the insurance side organized in one place.
The challenge
The previous setup couldn't take online reservations, the fleet wasn't showcased anywhere customers could browse, and insurance billing was being tracked by hand across multiple tools. The result was lost bookings, slow turnaround, and a brand presence that didn't match the quality of the cars on the lot.
